Spring workshop: Keeping Calm Under Pressure

It is certainly a busy time of year.  We work at finishing up winter projects as we await warmer weather.  I feel my garden calling but it is still too wet and cool to plant.  Soon it will be here.DSCF4080

As the spring approaches, I find we seem to start to put things aside.  But there are celebratory picnics.  Final reports may have to be written.  We recognize the pressure we feel, sometimes from unfinished projects, sometimes because summer breaks are a myth, or sometimes because the pressure really just never goes away.  You almost feel you are too busy to attend this workshop but you know you need it.  Right?

That is why I have designed a short workshop to guide you to a place of calmness when the pressure is particularly great.

Keeping Calm Under Pressure (Cost $30)

Date:  Possibly the morning of June 13th, the day after the election.  However I can change that date if I hear soon that it is better on another day.
